- Overpronation
Your ankles roll in causing you arch to drop low - Flat Feet
Same as above and in most cases where people believe they have flat feet it is not the case as it's their ankles rolling in the cause the 'impression' of flat feet. - Supination
The opposite of pronation/flat feet where your ankles are 'tilted' outwards giving you a high arch and ankle instability. - Pes Cavus
This is the medical term for a high arch foot and usuallt is accompanied by high pressure under the big toe joint of the bll of the foot and sometimes similar on the little toe joint too. - Bunions
Believe it or not, bunions are usually a problem that originates with an unstable ankle causing the bones of the foot to adapt and leading to the 'V shaped' look of the big toe joint we call bunions. - Blisters
