Your ankles roll in causing your arch to drop low.<\/p>\n\t\t\t
Same overpronation and in most cases where people believe they have flat feet it is not the case as it’s their ankles rolling in the cause the ‘impression’ of flat feet.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t
The opposite of pronation\/flat feet where your ankles are ’tilted’ outwards giving you a high arch and ankle instability.<\/p>\n\t\t\t
This is the medical term for a high arch foot and usually is accompanied by high pressure under the big toe joint of the ball of the foot and sometimes similar on the little toe joint too.<\/p>\n\t\t\t
Believe it or not, bunions are usually a problem that originates with an unstable ankle causing the bones of the foot to adapt and leading to the ‘V-shaped’ look of the big toe joint we call bunions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t
Yeah, blisters.\u00a0 Recurring blisters can be caused by biomechanics.\u00a0 Pressure due to foot posture causes repetitive pressure and\/or friction that can lead to blisters.<\/p>\n\t\t\t
